- I'M THE GIRL who sits alone in this world, Promises and hearts are broken, my head always held high As if it's made to move freely, and bent to sway stiff When hearing my life stories you might think it is made up. But no its true, and welcome to heaven you will see When you come to realize my destiny. I lay in my room holding on to everyone who let me go. I conversate with God and i hope he will know That I forgive him for making my life seem this way, The conceit i have has gone completely astray. I clog my brain with pleasant remarks Opening my mind , and thinking in the light of day. Constantly dreaming of a happier second, minute at that Crying in the lonesome corner is how I refuse to sit, The love, the rage and the desire in my heart Everyone I ever cared about just fill the empty spaces in my heart. My eyes constantly pleading to be a much stronger person than i already am To get over the fake things that I always rehearsin'. Not one sole knows the real me from day one So many times I refused to quit.. to just continue, But someone up there is always praying for me That maybe one day I'll make it through this impossible world Its so tough and I'm challenged each day I'll smile constantly if i please. I work so hard and great amounts are achieved. A heart that's not torn apart ,broken, or seethed I pray each night not for an easier life but to be an accepted individual And maybe for once in my life to get through life's hard ridicule
